The decision to seek therapy can be scary and intimidating. Sometimes people associate therapy with the word “crazy,” therefore casting a negative light on what could be a life altering experience that propels one towards fulfillment and happiness. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and it is in my experience that those who admit they need additional support, and have the courage to begin their therapeutic journey, are often the healthiest. In my private practice I work with individuals, couples, families, and children to help uncover what may be getting in the way of more satisfying relationships and being in the world.
