Experience
I have enjoyed over twenty years of working with clients to overcome obstacles, manage life stressors, and achieve personal goals. I have been in private practice since 2010, with past offices in Brentwood and Antioch, and currently happily located in Auburn. My experience includes clinical work at River Counseling Center (Antioch, CA), Psychotherapy Institute of Individual, Family, and Community Development (Antioch, CA), John F. Kennedy Counseling Center (Pleasant Hill, CA), Charlotte Wood Middle School (Danville, CA), and John Swett Elementary School (Martinez, CA). I have worked with clients of various ages, backgrounds, and clinical issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship dissatisfaction, career dissatisfaction, communication, life transitions, parenting, grief, self-esteem, codependency, substance use, and body image. It is rewarding to witness my clients move towards happiness, confidence, clarity, and overall life enjoyment. I would be honored to support you in your journey.
