Rate: $120 per 45 minute session
Payment: Payment is collected at the conclusion of each session by cash, check, or credit card.
Insurance: Often, services rendered are paid “out-of-pocket.” Please check with your health insurance plan to see if you have “out-of-network” benefits. In this case, a “receipt for services” can be provided to you at the end of each month to submit to your health insurance for possible partial reimbursement.
Accepted Insurance Plans: Kaiser, Magellan, Blue Shield of California (CA in-state plans only), and Beacon. Please check with your insurance regarding authorization for mental health services (required by Kaiser) and possible office co-pays.
Cancellation Policy: There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel in less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled session, or do not attend your scheduled session, you will be charged the full fee for that session. Should a client be forced to cancel his or her session due to something outside their control (i.e. illness) every effort will be made to reschedule a make-up session so that client will not be charged.
Located downstairs in Vintage Rose Salon and Spa, which is near Auburn City Hall. Off Lincoln Way, please enter the driveway to Chapel of the Hills. The driveway will wrap around to the back parking lot of Vintage Rose Salon and Spa. The waiting room is located off the parking lot on the ground floor. Street parking is available on Lincoln Way as well.
